A gluten-free and vegan oat drink to make yourself - saves waste and emissions
What Blue Farm does
The start-up from Berlin produces and sells powdered oat milk. The Oat Base is an enzymatically treated oat drink powder made from 100% whole grain oats, which can be added to water to create a fresh oat drink within 10 seconds. In addition to the base mix, the range includes various lattes.
Blue Farm was launched in Germany in January 2021 and entered the Swiss market in 2023.
Why Clima Now is investing in Blue Farm
Mixing at home saves 90% packaging waste, 70% transportation emissions and unnecessary food waste. Blue Farm plans to save over 10 million kilograms of CO2 by 2024.
